In afresh move to keep entire Uganda clean,government has announced mandatory general cleaning session every saturday of the month a national Cleaning Days Initiative aimed at improving hygiene and sanitation through monthly community clean-up exercises. The Chief Executive Officer of the Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL), Eng. Richard Matsiko together with the Ag.
