Kampala singer Alien Skin (Patrick Mulwana) has been issued a 30-day notice to vacate his rented premises in Sempa Zone, Makindye Division, over Shs36 million in alleged rent and water arrears.
In an eviction notice dated October 26, 2026, landlord Isaac Katureebe ordered the artist to clear the debt, pack his personal belongings, and leave the property by November 26, 2026.
According to the notice, the total outstanding debt consists of Unpaid Rent of Shs27 million (accumulated over 12 months at a rate of Shs2.25 million per month) and water bills of Shs9 million
Katureebe stated that he resorted to termination after multiple previous notices failed to yield results.
“Despite prior notices, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me no choice but to terminate your tenancy,” the notice reads.
The landlord noted that the 30-day grace period complies with the Landlord and Tenant Act, 2022.

He warned that if Alien Skin fails to comply, he will face legal action, court proceedings, and enforcement by local authorities.
The eviction notice was formally copied to Community Liaison Officer at Katwe Police Station and Chairperson of Sempa Zone
While the document bears official stamps from Makindye Division local administrative offices, these stamps simply acknowledge receipt and do not legally validate the landlord’s financial claims.
The allegations in the notice have not yet been independently verified, and Alien Skin has not publicly stated whether he disputes the figures.
