Atleast 2500 students will graduate at Kampala International University 32nd graduation ceremony slated for November in Ishaka Western Campus.

“We are pleased to officially announce that Kampala International University will hold its 32nd Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, 29th November 2025, at the KIU Western Campus in Ishaka–Bushenyi. This is the second time that KIU will host a major graduation ceremony at the Ishaka Campus, a continuation of our commitment to bring celebrations of academic excellence closer to our regional communities, University Vice Chancellor Prof Mouhammed Ngoma told the media last week.

At the last graduation Ceremony over 2,000 graduated across diverse disciplines including Medicine, Health Sciences, Law, Education, Business, Engineering, and ICT.

According to Prof Ngoma this year’s ceremony is expected to attract an even larger number of graduands, parents, and guests, reflecting KIU’s growing impact and reputation as a regional education hub.

“We take pride in the transformative role KIU has played over the years, producing graduates who are competent, confident, with good character and globally competitive,”he stated.

In summary the Ngoma has reaffirmed KIU continental leadership in innovation and research excellence that focuses on “Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Capacity Building, and Global Sustainability.”

“On behalf of the Board of Trustees, University Council, University Senate and Management, I wish to extend our gratitude to our faculty, students, alumni, partners, and the media for your unwavering support. Together, we are driving innovation, promoting excellence, and transforming lives through education,”he stressed.

KIU has been consistently ranked among Uganda’s top universities with high quality education and a diverse culture.

Webometrics Ranking, July 2025  ranked  KIU among the Top Private University in East Africa, and second overall best university in Uganda.
