The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has commenced the construction of 19.85 kilometers of roads across all five city divisions under the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Urban Development Project. The project includes key roads such as Ben Kiwanuka Road (1.4 km), Matia Mulumba Road (0.3 km), Rashid Khamis Road (0.8 km), and Ginnery Road (0.2 km). Other roads set for construction are Kira Road, Ntake Road, Kigobe Road, Mukalazi Road, Muganzirwazza Road, Katalemwa Road, Kyebando 34x Road, Nsambya Estate Road, Bemba Road, and Cape Villa Wavamuno Road.
