The approved players include two (2) reinsurance companies, nineteen (19) non-life insurance companies, nine (9) life insurance companies, three (3) microinsurance companies, one (1) Takaful insurance company, and one (1) Health Membership Organisation (HMO). The President issued a directive confirming that the residents should never be evicted in message was delivered on January 4, 2026 by Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja during the official handover of the land to the residents.
