MTN Uganda’s Corporate Social Responsibility arm, MTN Foundation, graduated 112 youths in Computer Applications as it continues to expand digital skills among young people across the country. Mr.Nyombi Thembo, UCC Executive Director, said the media regulator is not interested in suffocating online media practitioners but to put in place regulations to control and guide online news flow.
