Although the Judiciary has registered 80% achievements in implementing NRM Manifesto 2021/2026, Judiciary Permanent Secretary has requested Ministry of Finance to increase Judiciary budget to shs 800billion to enable the Judiciary to hit 100percent of service delivery level. In the financial year 2023/4 the Judiciary received only 442billion which is below their requirement of shs 800billion.
