Hajat Kuluthum Muzaata Nabunya has officially announced her separation from her husband, Acram Gumisiriza, marking the end of their two-year marriage.
Kuluthum met Acram in 2021 and married him a year later, following the passing of her husband Sheikh Muzaata at the time, she was searching for comfort and companionship during one of the most painful periods of her life.
However, despite the initial hope, cracks in the relationship began to appear early on.
“I started seeing red flags early in the relationship,” she revealed. “Despite trying to work through our differences, the emotional gap between us only grew wider with time.” She speaks.
Kuluthum reveals that while there was once genuine love and connection between them, that bond gradually faded. She admitted to feeling unseen, unheard, and unsupported—and acknowledged that her partner might have felt the same.
She thanked those who had supported her and asked for understanding as she begins a new chapter in her life.
